So this is the first post. I'm not entirely sure where I am going to go with this thing, but I suppose it will involve the local LI running scene, the store, and my own training.
For starters, we had a meeting today for the CF Run. Lauren and Mark hosted it at Portly. It sounds like they're going to put on an excellent show as usual.
It should be a great third leg of the first annual Sayville Summer Series. Can't wait.
